In today's fast-paced world, it is no longer a matter of course to remain loyal to an employer for many years. At the IMA Schelling Group, however, things are different, as the Lübbecke-based machine and plant manufacturer recently honoured 29 employees at the Lübbecke site for their many years of service.

A total of 29 employees were honoured for their many years of loyalty.

Holger Radeloff, Claudia Brammeier, Marc Burmeister, Thomas Strelow, Gilbert Atik, Thomas Rossa, Quissem Ben Ftima, Ralf Schumacher, Jörg Güra, Marko Tomaschewski, Hartmut Bierenriede, Gabriele Möbius, Wilhelm Wiese, Yunus Özdemir, Paul Bock, Jens Waterbär and Michael Wilcek have accompanied the development of IMA Schelling Deutschland GmbH into a technologically leading manufacturer of complex machines and systems for the woodworking and wood processing industry for 25 years.

Eleven employees can look back on an even longer period of service with the company. Burkhard Sieckmann, Jürgen Döding, Frank Wilkenovering, Frank Bergmann, Joachim Oevermann, Konrad Borchmann, Detlef Kuhn, Ralf Bruckamp, Frank Hertel, Jörg Offergeld and Rüdiger Holtmann have been with the company for 40 years.

A special company history began on 1 August 1973, when Eike Aussieker started his apprenticeship at the long-established company in Lübbeck. Over five decades, Aussieker has accompanied the company through highs and lows and knows the IMA Schelling Group like the back of his hand.

Employees who do outstanding work over many years and contribute to the company's success deserve thanks and recognition. And this gratitude was now expressed by the company managers at a ceremony.

In their speeches, shareholders Maximilian Lehner and Wolfgang Rohner emphasised the special nature of your long service to the company: "Through your expertise, your enthusiasm for your work and your loyalty to the company, you have shaped the IMA Schelling Group and made it what it is today. You are one of the most important building blocks for the successful development of the Group. Together you have written almost an entire millennium of company history," said Lehner.

As a thank-you for their many years of loyalty, the long-serving employees not only received a certificate of honour from the Chamber of Industry and Commerce, but also a gift basket with a letter of congratulations from the management and a cash bonus.
